Terms of Service for Rank Tester

By creating an account, browsing our website, taking mock tests, or accessing study lectures on Rank Tester, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our website and mobile application immediately.

• Eligibility: Rank Tester is intended for students, aspirants, and educators preparing for competitive examinations (including SSC, JEE, NEET, UPSC, Banking, Defence, State PSCs, and Board exams).
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify Rank Tester immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

While using Rank Tester, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to harvest questions, tests, or user data.
• Post or distribute abusive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or unlawful messages in batchmate discussions or direct messages.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, RPG levels, XP points, or test scores through artificial or malicious means.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI Study Coach or proprietary test algorithms.

Certain premium test series, advanced analytics, and digital study materials may require payment.

• Payment Gateway: All financial transactions are securely processed via authorized payment partners (such as Razorpay). Rank Tester does not store raw credit card credentials or UPI PINs.
• Digital Access & Non-Transferable: Purchased test credits and test series access are personal and non-transferable between accounts.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital nature of mock tests and AI explanations, purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked, unless technical delivery fails on our end.

All Rank Tester proprietary content, including the user interface, mock test software, question categorization logic, AI prompt engines, logos, and graphics, are the exclusive intellectual property of Rank Tester and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Educational Preparation Tool: Rank Tester is an exam self-assessment and educational preparation platform. While we strive to provide accurate mock tests and syllabus-matched questions, we do not guarantee exam selection, government recruitment, or specific percentile ranks.

In no event shall Rank Tester, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, examination syllabus updates by official exam bodies, or third-party service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in academic dishonesty, or disrupt the platform community.

You may also terminate your account at any time by requesting permanent deletion through our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
